The strong commitment to helping families disciple and educate their children at home continues through Apologia Academy. Through the virtual classroom your family can benefit greatly from the teacher-led, real-time instruction delivered to your computer, or recorded sessions, which can be listened to at your convenience. Led by seasoned, Christian teachers, academy classes are open to students in grades 7-12 and adults.

Classical Conversations programs model the three stages of classical learning grammar, dialectic, and rhetoric. Using age appropriate methods, children are taught the tools for studying any subject. We empower and support parents not only through our Classical ConversationsCommunities across the country but also through our specially designed CC Connected online community, free parent trainings, and academic retreats. All of these services ultimately equip parents to educate their children with the classical tools of learning and a biblical worldview so that they might impact the world for God’s glory.
One of the greatest benefits of joining our CC Communities is they provide a place for your students to enjoy other students. Kids love the chance to interact, play, and have some FUN as they are incidentally building a scale model of the solar system. Or making beautiful music on the tin whistle. Or learning Socratic logic. And let’s face it: Homeschooling is hard work. Parents need a place to plug in and support one another, too!

In 1991, Bob and Maggie Hogan stepped outside the box and began homeschooling their two young sons. But with precious few resources available for homeschoolers, they had to work hard to find or develop their own curriculum.
As they created resources that worked well for their own family and then friends Maggie began speaking at homeschool conferences around the country, encouraging others in the journey. Moms swamped her with requests to use what she used. Her handouts grew longer and longer until Bright Ideas Press was born. You might know some of Bright Ideas Press popular products, like The Mystery of History series, Hands-On Geography, and Illuminations and now WonderMaps.
Homeschooling Moms are busy! Bright Ideas gets that. And that’s why they promise to publish Christian-oriented curriculum that will fit into your hectic lives, curriculum that is both affordable and easy-to-use with children of different ages at the same time. Curriculum that busy Moms love! The team at Bright Ideas Press prays that their products and resources will not only simplify lives but also inspire, encourage, and enable parents to effectively educate their children.

We started hosting websites back in 2004 because of a bad experience with other hosts. Our founder, Peter, had designed a website for his church but after the first year or so of hosting, he had problem after problem with the host and one day said those fateful words “I could do better than this myself!” Twelve months later, in May 2004, Heavenly Hosts (www.heavenlyhosts.co.uk) was born, with a focus on affordable prices with the level of customer service we expected from our previous host but didn’t get!
In the last eight years, we’ve expanded and although we still sell though heavenlyhosts.co.uk our main focus now is on bloggers because we’re passionate about blogging and leveling the playing field as much as we can so everyone can have a great looking blog at a price they can afford.
Our aim is to provide a bridge over that gap so that anyone can take the leap without, well without taking a leap. We help you take it small step by small step by helping with the transfer process every step of the way and giving advice and assistance in making the most out of your new blog, hence the name NewBlogHosting.com

The idea for Grapevine Studies began in VBS with 20 wiggly girls, on a hot July day. Each day we learned a new portion of the Bible timeline and where that day’s lesson into the timeline. Then we read the Bible, discussed the passages, and stick figured the lesson. What I taught in this class eventually turned into the stick figure Bible timeline.
A few years after teaching that VBS class our family began writing studies and formed Grapevine Studies. The goal of Grapevine is to provide tools to help parents and teachers disciple others. Grapevine Studies now has over 40 books in print with more coming. Today, our studies are used in homeschools, churches, Christian schools, and by missionaries all over the world.
Our studies still begin the same way they did that summer long ago, learning the timeline. We cover the facts and give you an open door to explain what you believe to your children. In addition, you can use your choice of Bibles! As parents of adult children, we now see our role as helping to equip and encourage other parents to raise Godly children.
